We start every project by listening to our client's vision. All jobs are carefully projected and bid in a timely manner. We listen to the client to ensure we hit all the job specifications. Full bids/estimations are submitted to the client, contractor, or architect for review. Each piece is customized using our 3 D graphics program and, upon request, Rockridge cast Stone LLC will provide our talented "in-house" drafter/designer.

As soon as we get final approval of contracts, drawings, and engineer specfications, it is time to do what Rockridge Cast Stone LLC does best. No job is ever done the same. Our onsite plant is where you will find out team of professional Model Builders at work. This team works together to fabricate molds for the projects. After molds are fabricated, they are approved by our plant manager before the pre-cast unit is poured using the “wet-cast” method, or pressed with pneumatic hammers using the “vibrant dry pack” method. All cast stone is cured with our vapor curing system which gives the stone high early strengths and reduces efflorescence and water absorption.The final step of production is packaging the finished product for delivery.
Packaging is a crucial step in production as our employees take pride ensuring that your cast stone arrives on the job site the way it left the plant. Following delivery by our in-house trucking department, projects are managed by a personalized project manager and drafter ensuring problems and changes are taken care of promptly to keep projects on schedule.
