About Rockridge Cast Stone

With over 48 years in the concrete industry, we are proud to present you with Rockridge Cast Stone. We have taken our skills and knowledge from over the years to fulfill any Contractors or Architects pre-cast or cast stone needs.  With our 22,000 square foot "state of the art" plant, our finished product exceeds any and all specifications and standards.

Every project begins with estimating.  All jobs are carefully gone through and quantities are broken down by different profiles and submitted to the Contractor or Architect.  Shop drawings are provided upon request by our "in-house" drafter/designer.  Each piece is customized using 3-D graphics for easy identification and installation.  After approval of shop drawings and engineering, the approved drawings are sent down to the plant, where our team of professional model builders work together to fabricate moulds for the project.  After moulds are fabricated, they are approved by our plant manager before the pre-cast unit is poured using the "wet-cast" method, or pressed with pneumatic hammers using the "vibrant dry pack" method.  All cast stone is cured with our vapor curing system which gives the stone high early strengths and reduces efflorescence and water absorption.  The final step of production is the packaging of the finished product for delivery.  This is a crucial step in production and our employees take pride in insuring that your cast stone arrives on the jobsite the way it left the plant.  After scheduled delivery with our in house trucking department, projects are managed by working close with our Project Managers and Drafter, personalizing each project,  and insuring that problems and changes will be taken care of promptly to keep projects on schedule.
